Privacy policy

GVIDE is a simple static website. We want to collect as little about you as possible.

What we collect

• No accounts, no comments, no forms that collect data today.
• No cookies set by GVIDE and no advertising trackers.
• Hosting logs: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (like IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Affiliate links

Some links go to retailers such as Amazon. If you click one, that retailer may set its own cookies to track the referral, under its own privacy policy. Some links on GVIDE are affiliate links. If you buy through them, GVIDE may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Reddit embeds

Community posts may include Reddit's official embed. Your browser then loads content from Reddit (embed.reddit.com), which may set its own cookies under Reddit's privacy policy. You can always use the plain link instead.

Newsletter (coming soon)

When the GVIDE email list launches, signing up will be optional. Your email will be stored by our email provider (Kit) only to send you GVIDE emails, never sold, and every email will have an unsubscribe link. We'll update this page before it goes live.
